Gift Card Terms & Conditions

By purchasing, using or accepting this Gift Card, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Issuer Information

This Gift Card is issued by Forever New South Africa, a company registered in South Africa (Registration Number: 2019/128449/07, with its registered office at:

2. Usage

  • This Gift Card is redeemable only at Forever New stores and/or on our website (https://forevernew.co.za), subject to availability.
  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
  • No credit or change will be given on any unused portion of the Gift Card.
  • Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and may not be exchanged for cash or credit, unless required by law.

3. Validity Period

  • Gift Cards are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue or last recharge, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
  • After expiry, any remaining balance will be forfeited.

4. Loss, Theft or Unauthorised Use

  • Treat your Gift Card like cash. Forever New is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards.
  • No replacement or refund will be provided in the event of loss, theft, damage or unauthorised use unless required by law.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Goods or services purchased with a Gift Card are subject to our standard returns policy.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be credited back to the original Gift Card or issued as a new Gift Card.

6. Store Redemption Only

  • This gift card is not redeemable at any third-party or affiliated retailers.
  • • Valid exclusively at Forever New retail stores and online at www.forevernew.co.za; not accepted at partner or third-party locations.

7. Prohibited Use

  • Gift Cards may not be used for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • The resale or trade of Gift Cards is prohibited without written consent from Forever New.

8. Customer Information & POPIA Compliance

  • Where personal information is collected in connection with the issue or redemption of Gift Cards (e.g., for online delivery or registration), it will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
  • Your personal information will only be used for:
    o Fulfilling the delivery or service related to the Gift Card,
    o Preventing fraud or misuse, and/or
    o Direct marketing only if you have consented to receive such communications.

9. Amendments

Forever New reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not violate existing consumer rights under South African law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising will be resolved in accordance with South African consumer laws.
