FREE INSTORE EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

For your convenience, item(s) purchased online may be exchanged or refunded at any Forever New store within South Africa excluding all Edgars stores, provided all online return policy conditions are met. 

A refund will be provided to you by crediting your original method of payment. Please note that cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances and courier charges cannot be refunded.

Item(s) purchased at any Forever New store within South Africa can only be returned at a Forever New store within South Africa.

FOREVER NEW ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), as well as any other applicable acts.

If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can either return the item(s) via courier to our online store or in person to a Forever New store within South Africa (only) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that goods purchased online cannot be returned in Edgars stores.

We encourage you to return your parcel via Dawn Wing traceable courier services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Forever New.

In store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.

Mobicred purchases can only be returned through Forever New online and not in stores.

RETURN POLICY CONDITIONS

At Forever New we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will exchange your item or refund your original method of payment provided that:

  • You return the item within 30 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase.
  • You produce your original Forever New invoice (receipt) when you return the item
  • The item is in original saleable condition
  • With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
  • In an unworn, unopened and unused state
  • A return form is completed and accompanies your item(s) being returned
  • In original packaging

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Forever New reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. Forever New will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.

We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the following items for change of mind for hygiene reasons:

  • Tights
  • Hair accessories
  • Earrings
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimming Costumes
  • Undergarments and related accessories

ONLINE EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

To request an online exchange or return, please click on the button below to enter our return center. 

REQUEST ONLINE RETURN

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Enter your order number and select Start
  3. Select the product(s) you would like to return by changing the quantity.
  4. Click Next Step
  5. Select the reason for your return from the drop down menu provided
  6. Click Next Step
  7. A confirmation email will be sent the email address on your order confirming that your return request has been logged. 
  8. If your return request is approved, our customer service team will be in contact to arrange for a collection.
  9. If your return is not approved, our customer service team will be in contact and provide more information.

Please note: a refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment, providing all the Returns Policy Conditions are met and our warehouse has received the original item that is being returned and that the item is in good, saleable condition. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
