For your convenience, item(s) purchased online may be exchanged or refunded at any Forever New store within South Africa excluding 3rd Party Retailers/Partners, provided all online return policy conditions are met. 

A refund will be provided to you by crediting your original method of payment. Please note that cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances and courier charges cannot be refunded.

Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank and refunds may backdate to the original transaction date. You are advised to search for refunds from the date of the initial transaction until the day of the processed refund when looking at your bank statement.

Item(s) purchased at any Forever New store within South Africa can only be returned at a Forever New store within South Africa.


There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), as well as any other applicable acts.

If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can either return the item(s) via courier to our online store or in person to a Forever New store within South Africa (only) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that goods purchased online cannot be returned at any of our 3rd Party Retailers/Partners.

Kindly coordinate your return with our customer service team in advance to ensure that your return is collected by our courier partner. All returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Forever New.

In store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.


At Forever New we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will exchange your item or refund your original method of payment provided that:

  • You return the item within 30 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase.
  • You produce your original Forever New invoice (receipt) when you return the item
  • The item is in original saleable condition
  • With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
  • In an unworn, unopened and unused state
  • A return form is completed and accompanies your item(s) being returned
  • In original packaging

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Forever New reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. Forever New will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.

We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the following items for change of mind for hygiene reasons:

  • Tights
  • Hair accessories
  • Earrings
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimming Costumes
  • Undergarments and related accessories

  9. Select Return Item and click continue

  11. Select Original Payment and click continue
  12. If you have more than one item you would like to return from the same, order click “Return More”
  13. A confirmation email will be sent the email address on your profile that your return request has been logged
  14. If your return request is approved you will receive an email confirming that collection has been booked
  15. We make use of paperless collections and you will not be required to print a waybill
  16. Please ensure that when your return is collected, that the item(s) are handed over in a single sealed bag or box. Do not handover multiple loose items as they may become lost in transit.
  17. Once your return has been received back at Forever New, it will be inspected. If your return is approved, you will be refunded and will receive an email notification. If your return is not approved, our customer service team will be in contact.

Please note: a refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment, providing all the Returns Policy Conditions are met and our warehouse has received the original item that is being returned and that the item is in good, saleable condition. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
